Abstract evaluation & selection process |

Each member of SAB will rate each project anonymously; project will received a grade A, B, or C according to the following criteria: - Clarity of objectives, - Relevance to ALs and to the Foundation’s objectives, - Expertise, track record and standing, - Innovation, position regarding ongoing research, - Feasibility, - Relevance of the cost of the project compared to expected results.
A means positive advice B means dependant of budget available C means negative advice; C can be given only for scientific criteria (clarity of objectives, relevance to ALS and feasibility)
Consolidation will be done and results will be presented during a meeting to the SAB. SAB will make a final selection submitted for approval to the bureau of the Foundation.
No further feed back will be provided to uninvited applicants
